These instructions also assume that you know your way around a PC... If you dont understand these instructions, then you might not want to try this...LOL
Download the Android SDK from here http://developer.android.com/sdk/1.5_r3/index.html
Unzip to your pc after download. Rename that unzipped directory ANDROID and place in your C:\ drive.
Find your environment variables by right clicking on your computer icon and selecting properties.
Add C:\Android\Tools to the path.
Connect your MT3G to the computer. make sure that settings>applications>developer>debugging is checked ON
Run a CMD console
Type adb devices (you should see your device attached)
Type adb shell reboot recovery (this will reboot you into recovery)
Type adb shell (you should get a # prompt)
Type parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 (that is a ZERO at the end)
Type print (this should give you a list of your partitions)
Type rm 1 (this will delete partition 1. Repeat for all other partitions)
Type print (again. This will make sure you dont show any partitions)
Type mkpartfs primary fat32 0 14876
Type mkpartfs primary ext2 14876 15900
Type mkpartfs primary linux-swap 15900 15932
Type print (again. This will show you your 3 newly created partitions)
Type quit
Type upgrade_fs (this will upgrade your ext2 to ext3)
Type reboot
You are done! When you reboot, all your apps will be moved automatically to the SD card. This will give you 15 GB for your storage, 1GB for apps, and a linux swap partition in case you decide to get even braver at a later date and do more...
Any questions, email me, of find me on twitter or the TMO forums...
